Refund & Exchanges

Cash refunds will only be issued if there is a quality defect or issue with the clothing piece. Your satisfaction is our highest priority but we cannot offer a refund of any kind after the product has been washed or used.

Exchanges for a different size is an option if we have the same item in the size you need in stock. if you are shipping the items back to us you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to exchange the item. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, unwashed, and "sassy Rae's Boutique" hangtag still attached, and must be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the item.

if you are unsaticfied with your purchase you can be eligible for a store credit refund if your item is unused, unwashed, still has the hangtag attached, and is within 10 days of receiving the item.
